View All Mobility Yoga Outdoor Bootcamp Workshops

Our boot camps are run by exciting and intelligent trainers in an outdoor space. They meet in the Western end of Dubose Park by the Harvey Milk Building, in the basket ball courts.

They incorporate the use of the environment such as stairs and elevated benches to their advantage making the total-body class a unexpected and challenging experience. The use of battle ropes, TRX, light dumbbells, kettle bells and slam balls also add a touch of resistance to the HIIT class. Ever class is different and challenging but all experience levels are accepted.
