Workout On Your Own
You can now workout on your own using our equipment either indoors or outdoors at our Castro location.
Signing up for an on-your-own workout is easy:

Step 4: Show up on time ready to workout

What is an "On-Your-Own Workout?"
On-your-own workouts allow you to use our equipment in your own indoor or outdoor peronal fitness station in our Castro gym. Each station includes a full squat rack, weight bench and full set of free weights. We also have an elliptical and assault bike. See full equipment list. Our certified personal trainers monitor your activity closely to see what equipment you might need and to assure the highest level of COVID safety and sanitation protocols.
Couples are encouraged and can use the fitness station together using just one credit. Each session is 55 minutes.
For your workout:
You must wear a cloth face covering at all times while you are working out, and you must maintain social distance from anyone from outside your household. You should sanitize hands upon arrival and departure. You may use the bathroom and can stow your personal belongings indoors. If you don't see a piece of equipment you need, just ask one of our trainers. If working out indoors, you will be asked to do a health screening, including temperature check.
For outdoor workouts, we recommend that you:
- Wear sunscreen
- Bring sunglasses
- Bring plenty of water
- Come dressed for your workout (there is no access to the locker room)
